Review for cosmo hotel Years ago when my husband , daughter and I travelled to hk, I was very impressed with the setup of their triple room. Unique setup that gives the third person a very private little corner . The best is the room is equipped with two toilets This time, I went back to the hotel with my brother and mother, we were on a night stay on our way to putien . I am very grateful for the services they rendered to help us to find places for meals for my mother who is a vegetarian and also moves around on a wheelchair I would like to thank Kent especially for trying his best to help us cancel our booking( though we already had past the time allowable for cancellation) for our one more night booking on our transit back to Singapore Cheers to the staff who are so friendly and helpful!

It was your typical basic room, we had a great view of the city and they were able to accommodate our twin bed request during the New Year holiday, and we really appreciated that. We did not add breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. We knew what to expect and it met our needs. If you are an American and have not traveled out of the country much or at all, this hotel will probably not meet your expectations. Rooms are on the small side, things are worn, and the television only had 1 "English" station, and it's a little trek to "main street". We had no problems and the hotel met OUR expectations. The reviews are correct, the A/C is no joke - very cold, but did not bother us. I did see the breezeway and I thought it was nice. Housekeeping staff were very nice.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional, especially Kelvin and Sam. They made our stay at the hotel pleasant and enjoyable. The tram stop is one block away from the hotel and 3 stops to Sogo/Times Square. 10 minutes walk to Causeway Bay metro/Times Square. Hotel is in a quiet location, but close to various eateries at walking distance and lots of choices. Housekeeping is very efficient and service is prompt. Hotel will loan out umbrellas if it rains and provide free shuttle to Airport Express Line station, which is a plus. Will go back and stay at this hotel.

The room was a decent size for one person stay and had all the amenities needed. Even if it was facing on the road, it was actually quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomodating since I arrived two hours before the check-in time but they had the room ready and allowed me to settle in early. Also, the day of my check out, they kindly stored the bags for me whilst I was doing the last bits of exploration of the city before catching my flight.

Hotel is what you see what you get for a HK hotel that caters for expats and business folk. As in it’s a good clean room, friendlier staff who were so helpful. Good smart TV. Lovely view of Happy Valley No restaurant so it’s a take away style brekkie and that’s very basic ! The vending machines are well stocked. Would do my stay where again gym is in the hotel down the road - not bad Ross HK Resident
